It’s been a while since I last did a post about my Body Control Pilates teacher training,  so I figured it was time for an update on how things are going.

Body Control Teacher Training Week 2

Wow, what an incredible week it has been! I’ve not been so tired and longing for the weekend in a while, but I’ve also not felt as inspired as I have over the last of seven days.

Week two of Pilates Teacher Training Course modules at Body Control included Anatomy, Feet and Hands, Classical Pilates, Precision of Movement, Client Enrollment, Lesson Planning and the very exciting topic of Finishing the Course and Getting Started.
