While originally planning to have finished my teacher certification before going travelling, I’ve realised that life rarely takes any care to what you’ve planned and instead goes according to its own pace. Therefore when I returned to London it felt a bit odd starting up again as some of the confidence of before had completely vanished, yet I had a log book of nearly 40 hours.

Body Control Pilates Teacher Course: 20+ Supervised Teaching Hours

Another milestone reached in my Pilates teacher training. On Tuesday this week I passed twenty hours of supervised teaching! Most importantly they’ve passed with no injuries or lawsuits yet. Cheers to that!

Body Control Pilates Teacher Training: First hours of supervised teaching and Active IQ exam

It’s been a while since I last did a post about my Body Control Pilates teacher training,  so I figured it was time for an update on how things are going.
