Pilates

“What does a Pilates teacher course involve?

Have I been doing Pilates long enough to be a teacher?

Will I have to be able to do the Teaser for an hour?

Will I be really sore?

Am I too young?

Am I too old?”

There’s a lot of things that may go through your mind when deciding whether or not to become a Pilates teacher, and this is just a very short list of some of the questions I had before starting my education with Body Control Pilates. I’m so happy that I did decide to train with them as my personal experience has so far only been positive and I am really enjoying everything that’s part of the course. Here I share some of my thoughts as I progress through the different stages. Hopefully it will help others who are trying to decide whether or not to go down the same route as I did.

Happy Pilat-ing and leave a comment if you have any questions or if you’ll be training to be a teacher too!
